ReEmbody: Returning Home To Yourself
I’m Savannah (she/her), a queer and chronically ill therapist who helps teens and adults reconnect with their authentic selves and heal their relationships.
My work is shaped by my own experience with chronic illness, my background as a dancer and massage therapist, and my identity as a queer person. I use a body-based lens to support people in healing from individual, relational, and collective adversity.
ReEmbodiment guides us back to ourselves. When trauma, illness, systemic oppression, and climate crisis cause us to disconnect from our communities and the natural world, turning towards the wisdom of the body returns us home.
